Taking you where most travelers don't go

How it all began?

On his 32nd birthday, Sachin quit a promising career in public relations to start ‘The 12 Project’. His mission is to get people to pursue their eccentric interests while traveling and also in life.

Mohit who was a follower of  ‘The 12 Project’, felt that the cause resonated with him too. Now both of them are travelling together, taking challenges and chasing eccentric stories somewhere in the Americas.

How is Eccentrips different?

There are thousands, if not millions of travel websites and blogs. It may seem that everything that is to be known about travel is already out there. But somehow, that is not the case. Eccentric travel stories are still a rare find. Most platforms focus on popular destinations and even more popular things to do.
Eccentrips fills this gap by bringing stories that are not usually narrated. Think war zones, weird local customs, crazy fighting festivals, witchcraft, secret communities, spooky places and challenging trips. And these are just a few of the many themes we are chasing. Our stories will take you closer to places where most travelers don’t go.
After listening to our stories, may be you will prepare for an eccentrip too.
Or better still if you have already taken one or a few, we are waiting to hear from you! Just write to sachin@eccentrips.com
